Due to high demand for our products and occasional manufacturing delays, we are currently experiencing longer processing times. We appreciate your understanding regarding these circumstances. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? (1 + 2)

The timeframe for deliveries consists of two periods:

1) Processing Time (2-5 business days):

Order confirmation, customization, quality check, and packaging

  • Orders are reviewed and approved within 12-24 hours after placement
  • Once approved, packaging and shipping begin
  • For products requiring personalization, production, quality assurance, and packaging take approximately 1-2 additional days

2) Delivery Time (varies by country, approximately 5-12 business days):

The duration from our international shipping center to the delivery location. Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5-10 business days*
  • Canada: 7-12 business days*
  • United Kingdom: 5-9 business days*
  • Australia: 7-12 business days*
  • New Zealand: 7-12 business days*
  • European countries: 5-9 business days*

*All shipping times exclude customs and customs delays. During peak times such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day, delays may occur.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer the following shipping rates:

  1. Free Standard Shipping (includes tracking)
  2. $9.95 Insured Premium Shipping (includes tracking)

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as the packaging & processing of your order begins immediately after the order is received.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE DELIVERY?

If delivery is refused, the order will be returned to a large fulfillment center - which is not designed for returns - therefore we cannot refund your order.

MY TRACKING STATUS ISN'T UPDATING?

With the tracking in your shipping confirmation, you can check the status of your shipment at any time. If your package has been with the carrier for an extended period, please contact us so we can investigate the issue. We're happy to help!

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PARCEL LOCKER?

No, unfortunately, we cannot deliver to parcel lockers or similar facilities.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These fees vary by country and are not included in the price of our products or shipping costs. Dr. Paw has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
